The onboarding pipeline shows who is at 96 percent and who has not started. The compliance list names the document and the date. That is the manager's morning, before the first phone call.
Plan the month, publish it, and the app shows each person their own shifts. When the day changes, the record shows what happened, not what was planned.
Sessions that ran past midnight carry into the next day and say so. Open shifts count up to now. Click a session to open it. Approve the week and it goes to payroll.
