The Exhale family
One company. Four products. Five services. One phone number.
You are on the Exhale HR and Time & Attendance site. Both are built by Exhale Staffing in Liverpool, alongside the care-records product, the training centre and the staffing service. This page is the map of all of it.
The four products
Each one is sold on its own. Put two together and the retyping stops.
Every product shares one record of the person, so a shift proved in one shows up as hours in another and a certificate earned in a third lands on the file in the first. Nobody types anything twice.
You are here
Exhale HR
The record of every person you employ: onboarding, DBS and right-to-work with live expiry dates, rotas, overtime and TOIL, and payroll at the end of it.
For: Care and support providers who keep staff files in three places and would like one.
- One onboarding link, documents uploaded by the starter
- Every certificate counting down to its own expiry
- Hours arrive from clocking, not from a form
Clock in on a phone, prove it with a geofence
Exhale Time & Attendance
Staff clock in and out on their own phone. A geofence proves they were on site, mileage records itself, and the week reaches payroll in one click. Sold on its own.
For: Anyone still chasing paper timesheets on a Friday.
- No hardware, no terminals, no landline calls
- Works with no signal and uploads later
- Mileage with an odometer photo attached

Care records, visits and CQC evidence
Exhale Care Solution
The care itself: rounds planned with real travel, visits verified by location, notes and medication written at the visit, a family portal, and the evidence ready before an inspector asks.
For: Home care and supported living providers.
- Electronic care records, no Sunday write-ups
- Missed-visit alerts while there is time to act
- A family portal that stops the reassurance calls
Qualifications, CPD and Oliver McGowan
KCP Training Centre
Accredited health and social care qualifications, over a thousand CPD courses, and the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training at both tiers. Completions land on the staff file with the expiry set.
For: Providers who need everybody in date, and people who want a career in care.
- The Care Certificate, all 15 standards
- Oliver McGowan Tier 1 and Tier 2
- Certificates issued straight to the learner
How one week runs across all four
Michael starts on Monday. By Friday he has been hired, rostered, proved, trained and paid.
Hired
Claire sends one onboarding link from Exhale HR. Michael uploads his documents before day one; the expiry dates start counting.
Rostered
His shifts go on the rota. He sees them on his phone. If the week changes, the record shows what actually happened.
Proved
He clocks in on his own phone. Time & Attendance checks the geofence. His mileage records itself on the drive.
Recorded
Care Solution holds the visit: notes written in the house, medication logged, the family portal updated.
Trained
His moving-and-handling refresher through KCP lands on his file, dated, expiry set.
Paid
Friday. Claire checks the timesheet and sends it. Michael reads his payslip in the kitchen. Nobody chased anything.
The five services
The same office, the same people, when the problem is not software.
Exhale Staffing started by finding people for care services. It still does. The software came from watching what those services were doing by hand.
- ServiceStaffing & Recruitment
Vetted health and social care staff, compliance checked, for the week you are two carers down.→ - ServiceWebsite Design & Maintenance
A site that stays useful after launch, built and looked after by the same team that builds our products.→ - ServiceWeb Apps & Mobile Apps
Made-to-order software when off-the-shelf will not do. The four products above are the proof of work.→ - ServiceTraining Room Hire
A practical training room in Liverpool for inductions, moving and handling, and team days.→ - ServiceBotanical Wellness
Soursop powder, leaf, fruit and juice. A different part of the company, and a calmer one.→

Sign in to the platform you use
Every platform has its own sign in. They are all here so nobody has to remember which address is which.
Ring with the problem, not the product
Two carers down on Thursday, a timesheet that will not add up, an inspection next month, a website nobody has touched since 2019. It is the same phone number: the people who built all of this and staff the services that use it.
